Today is Choc Chip Cookies! I seriously have no idea what my oven is telling me cos it burned two of my cookies. Like smoking time in the kitchen. WOOO~

My neck is still hurting badly, not those normal stiff neck ache but it’s those bacteria build up in throat then some defense mechanism of the body will trap the bacteria there and form LUMPS. Very pain. :(

Training today was ok. I kinda like bringing food for the aiki peeps to try - mcm my guinea pigs but hey, it’s not bad right! HAHA!
